Moneybookers locked !?

Hi to all i am new here and i need you help....


About 1 month moneybookers locked my account and they send me mail that i need to send some doc....i send them my driving license and then i got mail that i need to send a copy of my driving license to the address that they give me,so i send the copy of my driving licens and after 10 days i send them mail what is happening with my account and why they don't reply me on my mails,since then i been sending them mails and i still have no answer,what shuld i do ?

sometimes these postal services take a really long time, if you send it from usa to europe or something, 10 days is nothing
couldn't you just fax or email them a scan of your documents? i think that's what i did, or maybe it was enough just to send money from my bank account, can't remember right now.
anyways, they're not gonna screw you over like some paypal or something
or maybe it got lost in the mail...

But today is 20th day i send them the document ?

i thought you said 10th
btw, it's sunday and they probably don't work on weekends
are you sure there isn't an option to fax or email them the documents? maybe you should try that as well
did you send it through ordinary mail? stuff gets lost all the time in that place.
just don't start panicking allright
maybe give them a call or something

i keep sending them mails but they don't answer so why send fax when they don't know from who is it or why i am sending,anyway yes i did send them through ordinary mail,about calling them i call them from home phone and when i press one for english they just hang up on me,from mobile phone it say that the number doesn't exist....i don't panic but its been 20 days and i need the money.....any suggestions are welcome ?
