I'm not exactly clear what you're getting at.
But what you describe of paying people to do stuff like watching YouTube videos, posting comments, downloading games, and whatnot, that's already being done through crypto airdrops.
People are excited about getting free crypto so they exchange their time for money.
It takes time to follow Twitter feeds, post stuff on Twitter, watch YouTube videos, or even use tools to make automated videos hyping up a meme coin.
But people are already doing this through an airdrop-type arrangement.
As far as making direct money through doing the tasks you mentioned, there are already low-cost platforms to do this.
You have to target certain areas of the world for this to pay off because if you're just randomly offering a few cents for certain actions online, you're probably not going to get tier-1 users from premium markets like the United States, Canada, Australia, and similar places.
I hope you can put two and two together because this can easily be a waste of time and money.
But in the crypto context, this works.
