I read on BHW many articles about making money using the help of Pinterest. and my website's main focus is on women as it's an online magazine but I still wonder how to make money through magazine not through ecommerce ?

You cant make money throught Pinterest anymore. They are removing all aff links. But yeah you can water mark pics and upload in bulk.
 
What's the website's niche? fitness? or health? or self-development? for each one there is a product on CB or amazon..So pick one, then make graphics on pinterest to make them come and see.
convince them to go to your website or buy your product...this is worth your time more.
 
You need unique eye catching images if you wanna drive traffic from pinterest, and you can automate the rest
 
Try to build targetted followers to view your images also usewatermark on your images for your site.
I never tried pinterest for making money, but just used them for SEO.

Yes you can't make "SPAMMY" money from pinterest anymore ;) try something else like a website and drive traffic. No one should use aff links directly on social media in the first place.
 
Its easy, Google AdSense & Affiliate( amazon & CPA: Ladies Product ).
 
You can shoot an affiliate link directly, or use a landing page.

Affiliates need targeted traffic to buy or lead
 
I have built up a pinterest account over the last 3 weeks with 1800 Niche related Followers, my plan is to create a Website with News/Pictures/Videos/Reviews for that specific niche.

I will monetize my site with adsense (will need the first 2-3 weeks to fill the site with content and then i will apply for adsense) and affiliate shop links.

If i pin Pictures and Videos from my website to my pinterest account (no affiliate links in the description or the redirect) my account should be fine, right?

I dont use a bot to get followers or post pins, i do all manually (follow 100 people a day, post 20 pins and 5 videos).

This. I haven't had any trouble making xxx-xxxx a month primarily on Pinterest, between adsense and amazon/cj
 
i think you can do with boards and pins or just try with business accounts . may be this will help you out. all the best
