Should I have my money site on a different account than my main domain account?

i.e. I own: example.com with godaddy and moneysite.com?? with pbn pointing to it

or

Should I go with: moneysite.com(different registrar) with pbn pointing to it?

I want to build the safest way i can please advise on this matter???

And thank you for your time, effort and consideration in this matter.

Ideally everything separate to make completely sure you are fine. Then again, unless you have fake details or Whois privacy at least, then separation does not make any sense. Some people claim Google sees through Whois privacy, which is IMO bullshit, but if you want to be really sure, then separate accounts with fake details everywhere.

Man..... my boy Nargil you are always on top of your game..... I have Who is privacy so I'm ok for now? Later I will build it out stronger as long as this is fine......

Yeh should be fine. Hosting is bigger issue than registrar.
 
Ok so dedicated IPs are good for this use? with same hosting company? I think I might have to pay you for all this mentoring.....lol

No they are not. Same DNS servers are a footprint too.
