Money site with 3 different languages

I'm planning to start an affiliate site targeting three different countries in three different languages. I'm planning to use WP, WPML and WooCommerce, something like this example(dot)com/se/, example(dot)com/dk/ and example(dot)com/no/

I need some help with the best setup for something like this, i haven't done anything yet so i'm flexible. Should i build three different PBN's targeting each language?

In my T2, if i have one blog in each language on different domains that links to it's MoneySite, if i write many post, for example reviews of different products, should i link from every post to the MS?? Because i read everywhere that i should only have 1 link the the MS which seems like a waste if i have many posts with reviews. Thoughts on this?

Do you need 3 different PBN networks to link to i site like this to get most juice?

I have old sites, that I expanded to other languages, I used subdomain, altough I dont really know which is the best way to go, we did mainly because we use different servers
but the best links should be language related, in my opinion.
