"Money Site" Suggestions

Looking to build an asset , or a "money site" as its called , but dunno if amazon affiliate/ review sites are still something to do in 2017 . I'm aware that there's also content blogs, but I'll probably be outsourcing most of the work ( i have budget) . .......With that in mind , does anyone have any suggestions of a niche or "style" of site to build on for the future ?
or even a thread here on bhw to link to would be great .

Get with the times, there, bud. They aren't "assets" or "money sites" any more. They are web properties now.
