This is my first method ever posted. I decided to share it with you all because in my opinion it is simply brilliant and LEGAL! Your earning potential is unlimited with this method. You could scale it to make millions / year. That sounds nice now doesn't it? Like anything though, you will see the results of the work you put in. MORE WORK = MORE $$ Let's Begin! (You must have a real-estate license) 1. Find a home in your town that is listed at a nice price 2. Go under contract on this house as the buyer (YOU NOW HAVE 30 DAYS UNTIL YOU GO TO CLOSING) This is where the work begins... 3. Let's say you're under contract on the house for $135,000.. Print thousands of flyers with a picture of the house and the reasons why it's such a gold nugget! On the flyer though, you will be putting $150,000 as the list price for the house. 4. You will have 30 days to complete step 4 and find a buyer for this house. (They might want to negotiate a little and might bring the price down to $145,000 or so) 5. Now that you have your buyer ready to go, you go to closing with the original home owners and purchase the house for $135,000.. That SAME DAY you go to closing with the new house buyer who is purchasing it for $150,000) PROFIT! As you can see.. with 30 days of hard work.. promoting the house, you could easily make the $15,000 difference. The reason I say this could be turned into millions a year... Think about if you could outsource the promotion work. Hire some kids to post up flyers all around town for $10/hr. You could literally have 5 of these homes being listed and promoted / month. 5 * 15,000 = $75,000/month â€‹That is all, let me know what you all liked best.
