I actually tried this with the Maimi Dolphins, selling posters, fake rings and shirts back in 2015, it took 2 weeks for them to send me a cease and desist notice and got my IG account pulled.

don't do it, your IG account will get banned and also they can take you to court.

Maybe spamming your site in the comments might get you sales. Though, you would have to create multiple sites to not lose everything and rinse and repeat.

No you cannot use their name, it is protected
