Money Making Group

I have been lurking on the site for awhile now and have seen posts of people that are making money and those that aren't.
I have an idea and wanted to run it by people just to get some feedback.

What if 3-4 of us made a group, tried different money making tactics, made some money and split the profits. We could help each other on a personal level and no one person would have to shoulder the load alone. We can have weekly group meetings, discuss our ideas, discuss what is working and what needs to change. We all have responsibilities and all share the risk/reward. With our combined knowledge and talents it could be worthwhile.

No one person knows everything and the group could benefit from the other members knowledge on a personal level. I am not trying to take anything away from BHW, I love this site. I am just saying that if done on a small scale for a small group, we can help each other as a group.

I have lots of resources at my disposal, unlimited hosting account, web development knowledge, internet marketing knowledge, technical knowledge, CPA account, Adsense Account, etc

As far as I can see the Pros:
Combined group knowledge
Shared workload
Personal communication and encouragement (we are all in this together)
Possibly bigger payoffs
Lower risk that is spread out

The Cons:
People that are already making money would less likely want to be involved in the group.
Getting people that don't know anything and have nothing to contribute to the group.
Trust issues
Greed

Like I said, I am just throwing this out there to see if there would be any interest in this, or if this is just a really BAD BAD idea. I am open to suggestions on how this could work for the right people.

That's somewhat lazy in my opinion, think again, all the opportunities you find to make alot of money will be close by the other members of the group (even if we are community, and that's good, we are all competition), because everyone wants the most profits. I think IM is one of the few things you need to go the lonely road to really become successful. 2 cents.

Are you thinking like using yahooo group to gather at?

Thanks for your input. Like I said I am just throwing this out to see if it is viable. I don't really see it as lazy as working as a group. My vision isn't just for people to sit on their ass while other people do all the work. Everyone pulls their share. If you approach things with 3 or 4 different angles and see which works best, you have sped up the time it takes to find out what works well with the group and what doesn't.

I haven't gotten that far yet. I think it would be upto the group on where we meet and how we meet. There are lots of platforms we could use so I would be open to any and all suggestions.

Just my .02- JV's have a high rate of messing up. The more people you ad to a JV, the higher the chances that something will not work. That's just 4X the chances for someone to flake, to miss a minute but important detail, 4X the chance to have someone steal the money.

IMO I would work on an idea by yourself...in this sea of blackhatters you will find many sharks who don't see the vision, the big picture of making a lot of money, they would rather rip you off for $100 or so now, and be on to their next victim.

BigHustiah I think like that. My suggestion, try everything see what sticks, create your own methods by yourself, in the long run thats the most profitable plan.

This has nothing to do about being lazy, its about using your collective powers together. Why does me fishing for information equate to me being lazy?

I could give countless example of how working with one maybe two people could get a hell of a lot more results than working alone. There are several different ways people can work together and not step on each others toes. Using each others strengths and learning where we are weak, just makes the group stronger. It's really not a difficult concept.

And you are assuming I am not currently involved in anything right now, which I am.

Just opening something up for discussion doesn't mean I am lazy or that other people are, it just means we might come up with something together we wouldnt have otherwise thought up alone. Can you honestly say every money making program out on the market was just put together by one guy with no help whatsoever? I have seen teams all over the place. You don't know what is going on behind the scenes in those operations and I am sure there are thinktank groups out there that dream up the stuff most people use on here anyways.

Iron sharpens iron, else you wouldn't be here in the first place...All I am purposing is doing it on a small, micro level. No different than the thousands thats come here for the very same thing.

BUT, I do appreciate your feedback and still welcome comments.
