Hello all,

So my question is about e-mail marketing.
I do have mail servers which goes up to 1 million mail per day.
Inbox mostly but I don't know what do do with it.

I don't have any e-mail database, so how can I earn money from this?
I can sell these mail servers but that's not my point.
Can I find people who need to send mail? Or something else?

IDK I am open to any ideas.

If you have SMTPs and you join some platforms or develop your own, you can resell the service... consider that many ask for about $0.20 to send 1000 emails... if you multiply by larger numbers you earn quite a bit

Yeah that's what I have been looking for.
To send customers mail whom buying my services.
Is 0.20$ for 1000 email normal price?

With 1M/day sending capacity and decent inbox rates, you basically have infrastructure that a lot of people would pay for. The asset is real, you just need to point it at the right thing.

A few realistic paths:

Resell the service. As someone mentioned, $0.20 per 1000 is the going rate for warm SMTPs with solid reputation. You can sell capacity directly to marketers or join reseller programs. The hard part is maintaining IP reputation over time because one bad client can burn your ranges fast.

Cold email outreach service for B2B. This is probably the cleanest use case. Businesses pay $500-2000 per month for someone to run their outbound campaigns. You bring the infrastructure, they bring the offer and targeting. B2B niche outreach is where deliverability actually matters and gets valued properly.

Build a list while you have the capacity. Even without a list now, you can start targeting audiences with value content and converting them into subscribers. Slower but the asset is yours and compounds.

Affiliate traffic via email. Some CPA networks allow email traffic. The inbox rates you have are honestly the hard part most affiliates cannot figure out. Check MaxBounty, ClickDealer for email-friendly offers.

What type of offer or niche were you thinking about? That changes which path makes the most sense here.

Yes, I was very brief, but clearly there is work behind it... PMTA, IP rotation, blacklist control... IP unblocking... in short, it's not exactly simple.

Reselling the service is my first option basically but as you said there are some concerns about that.
IP reputation, since 1m/day is a good rate some bad client will be downgrading my reputation.
I maybe whitelist IPs I can use dedicated ones, is this maybe solution for this one?

Cold outreach email is good idea too but I don't know where to start. Should I contact some business about my service or should I start some topic here? I need to look more professional for reaching the businesses. Also cold one sounds more reliable to me since businesses will be my customers.

I have no idea about traffic via email but I will be searching about this too.

I think my main idea will be selling my rate for companies or businesses. Since I don't have any offer or niche to send via mail. Since I don't want to do the marketing, I'll be the key point for marketin(email).

Thanks for your comment tho, you gave me some ideas to look into.

Yes, but you don't have to have 1 IP but classes and classes of IPs... I recommend at least 32 rotating IPs for 1 million emails per day... then for example in Italy there are agreements with IOL, you make the Google Postmaster and other agreements with Hotmail so that the IPs are whitelisted and you avoid ending up in spam.

If you offered this 2-3 years ago I would definitely try with your service for cold emailing offers. Friend and I made several python scripts and browser extensions to scrape at least 30k emails per month. They were from yellow pages and similar, all from companies from various fields, sorted by geo etc. Plan was to offer website design and maintenance since huge number of them were businesses without website. Since we were unable to send massive emails we just quit. I think I still have somewhere scrapped emails, some 10k probably. Good luck to your journey.

You can offer an email rental service, as many people need to receive emails in large volumes. If your mail server works well and remains stable, it can provide you with a fairly good income.

Yes, but there are problems with emails collected without consent, especially in Italy you go against the GDPR rules... so it's always better to have emails with consent and approval.

Using 32 rotating IPs for 1 million emails per day is a solid approach to maintain IP reputation, but I've found that segmenting these IPs into smaller groups based on geo-location and domain type is crucial. For example, I allocate 8 IPs for .edu and .gov domains, 10 for e-commerce sites, and the rest for general use. This segmentation helped me reduce complaints by 25% and increased deliverability by 15%. Additionally, having a dedicated IP for high-priority clients can be a good upsell opportunity, offering them a premium service with guaranteed deliverability. I charge $500 extra per month for this service and it's been a game-changer for my high-volume clients.

I think email marketing is quite outdated. I wonder if any businesses still use this method. If sending an email costs $0.10, that's not a lot of money, my friend.

They've been saying for years that email marketing is dead! But consider that in 2026 there are still solid companies that live thanks to email marketing... I can assure you that they are still making numbers.

If you’ve got that kind of sending capacity, the key is to think in terms of partnerships rather than random outreach. You could look for legitimate businesses that already have permission-based email lists but lack strong infrastructure, and offer them reliable delivery support. Another angle is building your own niche list properly and monetizing it with targeted offers over time instead of rushing to fill the volume immediately.

Thank you man, I may try to scrape mails as you said.

Yeah that's my point, I might to that.

Thank you for comment.
That's a good advice for me, I may try to have more IPs and segment those IPs.
I also have dedicated IPs to bring more relie on what I sell.
What's your rate on mails? I mean you charge as $ per 1000 mail or what? What should be the factors that determines the price?

That's a good point, to reach out businesse but my main problem is why they would choose me? I might try to look more professional via website or some ad. I need to offer some solid things to them.
SaaS sounds good to make money from it.

Customers only care about the results.

Here's the simple formula:

Get result for some clients, you can work for free in exchange of a testimonial...
Target similar customers and show them your previous results
Get the business

That's a good idea to get more customers as you said. I might do that on BHW first and then if I make website or smt I can provide free testimonial for users who sign up.
If you really have solid inboxing and 1M/day capacity, the money isn’t in “blasting random emails” — it’s in legit infrastructure + list building.

First, don’t send without permission. No database = no money. Spamming will just burn your IPs and kill the servers.
Absolutely, there will be complaints and bounces about mails, I'll be getting permissions or from my customer side I'll ask them about evidence etc. IDK how it works, I'll find it.
