Hi Guys,

Can anyone recommend me any CPA networks which allow cash incentives for web visitors to complete offers? I accept they may not payout as good. Would be ideal for e-mail or zip submits to pay $1.50 for cash incentive traffic, although I could be dreaming.

The only CPA nether still around that I know of which pay for cash incentives is CPAWay or simply using an offer wall type program that has the multi-type silver pages (forgot what they're called.)

I'd just use an offer wall as stated above.

I've also heard that CPALead has a few cash incentive offers as well. Try using OfferVault to search for potential offers!

I'm pretty sure Adscend Media has a good amount of cash incentive offers too.
