Before I had a bank account with Neat, they were acquired by a company called "Rapyd". Not only did it go from $0 monthly fees to $99 per month (no joke), but their entire system was broken, they removed features and they had a terrible UI.
Turns out it got even worse: I got a payment from Google AdMob in March 2023 and Rapyd didn't add the money to my bank account. I just noticed it last week when doing bookkeeping. There was no incoming transaction from AdMob, no added balance, nothing. Even tho I got a payment recipe from AdMob. A few thousand dollars.
In June I closed the account with Rapyd because of the above reasons. A few days ago I contacted them and they wrote "After an internal investigation we found the money has not been added to your balance, we will send it back to Google". I asked them to send it to my new bank account instead, but they won't do it.
So the money goes back to Google Admob....what can I do to get the money? Or is it lost?
Did anyone on here ever get in this situation?
