Money for traffic to 1800 numbers??

Watch the video.. does anyone know where i can get in on that holiday offer that pays $14 per call made to his 1800 number.. or indeed any one know anything about this system of being paid to direct traffic to a 1800 number?

The vidoe runs about 10 mins or so.. the part about the Holiday offer is about 6 mins in .. so ya hafta listen to other stuff.. it sounds like he will never get to this, but he does.. VERY cool Money maker.. but how ??
