Money Exchanges

I am on country where paypal not works to receive money
I have funds on my paypal but not sure how to transfer them to my moneybookers account. I don`t want to be scammed by exchangers. So is there are any way to do with virtual credit cards or some other similar solution for this? i want to transfer my money to moneybookers by myself, which methods do you use in this case ?

Open a free bank account in any PayPal country! USA for example!
Link your account to your PayPal account.
Transfer the money from your PayPal to your bank account!
You can Wire the money to your country or get a debit card and use it at home.

Anything else will be expensive and risky!

Look for kaif0346.,. He had a thread opened regarding money exchanges. May be he can help you. Risk on ur own.
I'm also moneybookers user. I dont have paypal. Generally, weneva I've to make payment on paypal, I request my frn who is in U.S to pay on behalf of me.
There is no direct way to transfer moneybookers balance to paypal or vice versa.
If you want to exchange balance, I can manage it for you with small charge.
