Running a small online service (TikTok/IG growth), billing through Stripe. Currently facing two issues:

1. Too much money flowing through my personal French bank account — Stripe → French bank → Google Ads = all visible to tax authorities. I want to cut France out of the loop.
2. No company / no SIRET — I'm a solo operator, not incorporated. Most business accounts require registration.

What I need:
- Receive Stripe SEPA payouts (EUR)
- Pay Google Ads monthly (around €200-300/day)
- No French IBAN — don't want French authorities seeing the flows
- No company registration (no SIRET, no LTD, no LLC)
- Preferably free or low monthly fee
- Virtual card (or physical) to pay Google Ads
- Decent limits (€5k-10k/month minimum)

Any recommendations from people who've done this? Specifically looking for something that:
- Doesn't share data automatically with French tax authorities (non-CRS or non-EU)
- Accepts Stripe payouts directly
- Lets me pay Google Ads without issues
