Hello, let me cut to the chase:
I basically have a product in the field of consumer web-design and I was thinking if it was viable to have a marketing money-back guaranteed offer.
We are talking about 100$/project, if the client doesn't like the product I'd give them their money back and hit down the website.
Now on the legit part of this offer I have absolutely no issue, I trust that everyone will like their website and there will be very few if none at all who will ask for their money back.
I'm worried about the scammers, about the bad-will people and about the people that change their mind about their website. How often does that happen? Is it viable to have such offer?
Looking forward to your replies - thanks.
