if you’r ad acc is locked or suspended or disabled by facebook then there is no way getting that money back

Hey,

Are you talking about FB holds, or just the prepaid funds ? FB holds will automatically unfreeze in 3-6 days, but funds added to your FB account, unfortunately, will not be refunded if the account is disabled (unlike Google).
