I have a blog that has a heavy audience of African American and Hispanics age 37 - 65. Don't want to use adsense as it is net30. Do you guys have any idea what to monetize my site?

Depends what type of content you produce, you could try finding some decent products to be an affiliate for.

Affiliate or CPA... you can try Leads, native ads and a lot of other techniques but depends totally on your niche.
