Monetizing targeted professional email lists

I'm using the linkedin and email permutation method to generate highly targeted email lists. These are professional company emails collected by industry/current job title/company/past jobs/region... I can now generate 500/day the deliverability rate is 85% and the open rate 10%-20%. I was wondering what would be the best way to monetize these lists since they are not opt-in. Any ideas?

If you want to monetize the professional's email list, then think why did you first choose to get the email list of professionals? Target job offers related to their work or their passion. Break down details from their profile or the website where you received this list.

You can still email them as long as you have an opt out option on the email.
