Well I have an old bird flu domain that I kept because it will pull in some traffic every now and then. This little issue has picked up the traffic to it. Perhaps I need to put up some swine flu articles and see if I can get the traffic up even more.

This sounds like a good idea, getting cheap adwords from google is the way to go!

Immune boosters would be the way to go on this, as many know this is one of the only prevention steps to take. So their basically selling theirselves at the moment. I'm not going to take a stab at this, but that's what crossed my mind.. Until some other product comes along which shouldn't be long. You can also merge on an earlier offer product of some sort and base claims around that..

Content is easy, you already have many true claims to back your case and make the offer look appealing.. Copy shouldn't be hard either, there's sensible and fear/worry..


I think this is overhyped anyways.. Rare swine/bird/human flu, but we have vaccines already, something is fishy to be honest.

A couple vaccine maker stocks (Biocryst (BCRX) and Novavax (NVAX) have shot up as of late due to swine flu.

I tried registering several good swineflu/mexicanflu variation domains. Most of the good ones are already taken. Others are already working on monetizing this.

I forgot to mention... on some of the more right-wing sites and forums, they're refering to this as the "Mexican Flu" or "Hispanic Flu" or some more offensive names. I wouldn't mind sending that kind of traffic to some of the more "questionable" pharmacies out there selling Tamiflu as long as I get paid. This is the kind of customer that believed in Y2K, and probably had a year's supply of food. It's also the kind of customer that sees a United Nations conspiracy to take their guns.

Anyone able to recommend good paying pharmacy affiliate programs that sell Tamiflu?

Nothing wrong with helping people for a profit. We are not the UN.

Plus even charities are businesses in disguise. At the end of the day they have to maintain a surplus of cash otherwise they can't exist. The main difference between charities and us BHW entrepreneurs is that them charities do not pay taxes on their surplus, while we have to pay taxes. Part of that tax money goes to charities.

Does that help you see thing clearly now? If yes please jump on the bandwagon and share you ideas on how to monetize the flu epidemic.

do a smiple search on google and you'll find an affiliate program, they're only paying 9%, I added a shop with 12 products with the cheapest being 30 and some change. Bought some cheap adwords and see how it does.

I recently made a shit load on the back of jade goodys death - very popular in the uk. As it was always in the papers and she had a terminal illness I had time to prepare my plan of attack. At the time the searches where crazy. I cashed in on her products, books, send flowers to the family, her dvd's, adsense, info products based on death. Ive only just taken it down as hate mails started growing in numbers, some affiliates told me off and to stop. Plus sales where dipping but as stated I got it at its peak. Anyway.....

Good work guys I thought about doing this but have to much on at the moment, plus it is going to be hard to monetise as it is medical supplies. Plus information is very open on news sites, tv etc. My draft plan of attack would be:

1) Flu pack that contains basic first aid, but most important the surgical mask. This would have to be dropshipped.

2) Website would be a squeeze page that made them put in their email for a free report. This free report should be information on provention methods/plan and action plan for when it gets worse. Affiliate links in book to masks, medic kits, bloodscreening etc etc

3) Then on download thankyou have link or forward to flu medic pack/mask offer.

4) Plus autorespond email every day to them using capture email with scaremonger tactics to make then buy masks, medic kits etc 'Like get your mask now - without you have a 78% higher chance of contracting it etc etc'

5) Drive traffic using adwords, social network groups around it, Articles, classified ads (health section) and health forums.

can you tell what you found?

I launched a little campaign... Setup a little website that tells you how much money I "have" made working from home and pointed the users to that $20 CPA offer. Then setup a little ad campaign along the lines of: "Avoid swine flu, work from home and stay away from flu infested colleagues".

Worked well until my quality score went down.
