Any mobile offer can work fine, as long as the visitor is only filling his number and pin code to confirm.. So I guess there is no need for incentive offers if referral is hidden..
A lot of visitors know what is mobile submit and they won't fill and stop visiting the site I guess .. And those who fill will get depressed and will never fill the next time.

mobile offers make you the most money without doubt
but people get pissed when they get their bill in a month or 2
so there's no returning traffic
probably the best thing to do is mix up your offers the best you can.
also pure email submits are better - those other surveys that are 30 pages are a real pain in the ass to users.
