[?] Monetizing Software, Tech site

How would you monetize a CMS about software, antiviruses.

ADSENSE - Most of the people who visit those sites are ad-blind, so Adsense would be probably useless.

CPM - The site is relatively new, so not that much traffic.

CPA - Same, maybe worse than adsense.

POPUPS - Don't want to ruin the site.

If some of the software you are posting about are trials, you could of course direct them to your affiliate link to the complete software.

Be sure you are linking to the developer of the software's site and make sure you have the rights to market for them just to maintain a whitehat.
