definitely cpa. put up an annotation and a link in the description. it might be hard to find a targeted cpa offer though. in that case, you can always go with the generic iphone or ipad offers 
or maybe a cpa offer thats for a different sport, at least it will be sports targeted then

well, in that case, throw up some annotations for NFL CPA offers. free gift cards or free jerseys, whatever. and obviously put link in description, tell them to click it in the annotation and they will listen

Football is called Football in EVERY country in the world apart from the States. Soccer ain't in my dictionary .

This will take more work..
Write in the description copy like.. "I got my Authentic Manchester United Jersey for $10 off this site."
create a ecommerce looking website with pictures of equipment jerseys etc at discount prices. Content Lock with a CPA and write copy that in order to access deals they need to complete the offer attached.. Get CPA closely related as possible.
Once they complete CPA it will forward to your website. Every picture is then linked to Amazon (Your Affiliate Link) hopefully you can double dip
