You should sell the accounts for a profit, lots of people are looking for them to advertise etc

Definitely worth it, just make sure you vary the domain you post links to and you can get around their spam thresholds.

The easiest thing for you is selling them right away.
Also using them for traffic is very good but you'll need some tools for it.

I am sure you can sell them here on the forum for some quick cash.
He seems to be fishing for clients more than being interested in how to actually monetize reddit... I'd be careful about that
I'd prefer to not sell the accounts. If I can make the money myself without selling the accounts, then why would I sell the accounts? What is there to be careful of? Please do not make false assumptions.

Build some sites and posts ads on them. Then create some interesting content and share it. That's tons of potential clicks. Better yet, create relevant articles for big events on your site, then be one of the first to share on reddit.
