I've seen a few people talk about monetizing Pinterest.

how exactly are people monetizing it?

the only thing I've seen people use interest for is redirecting to Instagram to grow their pages.

is it just growing your interest account and linking cap offers etc?

They create attractive Pins about a niche , and they put affiliate links ..

so quite simply grow boards and then monetize them with either CPA stuff such as giveaways yada yadda, or affiliate offers like amazon etc
