I just started using pinterest last week and I am able to generate over 1,000 UV per day but having trouble converting the traffic. So far I have only made $4 off adsense one clickbank sale and CPA only 3 submits with relevant offers such as grocery giftcard. I am still testing but no joy.

What are you guys doing to convert the traffic?

Mate, try to monetize traffic with only adsense and affiliates.

Don't use CPA.

Well, you can make 3-4$ with 1000 UNV easily.

Use simplebalance wordpress theme [Best for Adsense]

if you want to make good money then you have to test a lot like blending ads well that should match with ads .Good cpa conversion possible but you have to test a lot with different offers.

set up a CPA landing page. don't direct link to your cpa offer.
then, pin stuff that is exactly related to your cpa offer.
of course you need to build up followers first.
also do some mass liking so people check out your boards, and then they might go to your landing page.
i am using pinblaster for this. just make sure everything you do is targeted.
so, if you are promoting a grocery giftcard offer, you should follow people in the food / drink section, obviously.
i am only getting around 200 UV to my LP per day right now and i am still getting conversions every day.
not a lot but now i am scaling up :)

Traffic is a necessity. By Grace I am able to clock 20k pageviews per day. Money, Powered by Adsense.

Tried CPA initially but not doing anymore.

Adsense i guess is the best option, but don't you think that is kinda risky to use it? Like i know Adsense don't love to much social traffic or is save if you bring traffic from pinterest to your blog who have adsense ads?

I was planing to do a simular strategy with Twitter, but i'm afraid to lose my Adsense account

I don't know about the risk. But I like taking it. Till now i have received a payment of 542$.

But an observation:

My Site receives traffic solely from pinterest.

However, If my site receives 1k Visitors

Analytics is like

650 Direct Visitors
340 Pinterest.com
10 Google Search.

Its a mystery for me.

Same here.

I commend you for even making that much of a sale. I notice sometimes it takes awhile to even generate even one penny of a revenue. Maybe to convert more of the traffic you have to have a more convincing call to action, but what do I know? I'm just getting started myself. We are learning together. :)

How many accounts and ips ?

With 2k accounts now.. 500 Private Proxies for 1k accounts and rest 1k are cycled on a VPN

Selling is kinda difficult on Pinterest. I have been earning from Adsense. Lost hope with CPA as well.

Did anyone notice a big traffic decrease from pinterest on this month comparing to last? And espically last few days, the traffic pinterest sends me decreased by %30-40

They must be doing something, what is it i am not sure.

Their main category pages are overwhelmed, so many pins appear and something i pinned and appeared on main category is totally lost in deep after a minute or two.

Any similar experiences?

Please let me know

According to monetize, adsense is the best so far as it seems. If you can find cpm sponsors, it would be cool as well.

Best

How many accounts do you run, Joe? I saw a slight decrease over the last week, but it seems big P is having issues staying up

What software do you use manage those many accounts?

I use my own that I don't intend to release for quite awhile. I also use a combo with another one that has stopped selling it.

So, in short, I can't make any recommendations on one

Totally, understand it...

What available Pinterest software/bot that are available that I can look into?

The owner of Pintensify has his on here, you may want to look into that one

He there,

Depending on your niche you need to choose a monetizing technique that is most suitable in your blog topic. If your niche is based on products, then use affiliate marketing, but if your niche is all about information, use only adsense.

Make sure that you put those ads inside the post and also do some research on how much is the amount of the Adword CPC of that certain keyword for adsense marketing.
