Monetizing off Social Networking Site[Messaging Members] not in US?

Hey guys, There is a social Networking site that is pretty clean of spammers that has a huge member base(at least until I figure out how to monetize it). Site is basically a facebook like site with millions of members, only problem is members are mostly in Russia/Ex Soviet States( Ukraine, Czech Republic,etc ). I was trying to figure out what I could do to possibly monetize all these members, but no matter how hard I beat my head against the wall, I can't think of anything. I'm not looking to be spoon fed, but rather have some ideas thrown out there that I can add my own twist or work off of.
