What is the best way to monetize music?
Probably on Youtube?
Is it your own music or are you planning on starting a network?
It would be my own
Ok, I recommend starting on Youtube which you can monetize with Adsense. If your music gets some traction, you can approach networks on Youtube who could potentially offer you a contract.
I'd also suggest starting a blog promoting your music along with sections from other producers that are related to your genre. You can also monetize this with Adsense and other CPM based ad services.
The potential to expand is also there. If your site and Youtube channel become popular enough, you could brand your own network and take on upcoming producers and you'll also get a share of their revenue.
I'm sure there are other ways for you to earn from this (Maybe promoting affiliate products related to your genre on your blog).
Sell it on itunes or similar mp3 sites. Also you make some money if you know how to mix and master music. How I do I know? I am a music producer, mixing/mastering engineer.
If you need any help about music and IM about music, let me know.
Nice one thanks
He does need help man, that's why he's posted this thread
Thank you sir! How can you hook up with itunes?
You're welcome man, good luck!
Well yeah I just meant for more help so he can PM me for advice or something like that.
Maybe I can offer him a free mixing and mastering service as a gift for christmas
That's the BHW spirit!
If it's good try selling it on Amazon.
