Monetizing Meme Instagram Account

What if I am finding these memes on the internet, can I print them on shirts?

Memes are not meant to be commercialized by their authors, so I think there's no problem with that. I'd add certain amendments to the TOS and won't worry any further about it. Of course if you get contacted by someone who claims to be an author of the meme, you should respond properly and if it goes too far (which I can hardly imagine though) to be ready to remove that exacly design. That's potentially the worse that may happen.

Please don't put memes on shirts, that seems cheesy as hell, memes come and go and people don't wanna be stuck with a quoted meme on a shirt that was funny 2 days ago.... Look at it from a different point of view, people who are looking at your page like funny stuff, they're in a good mood after seeing a few of your posts and laughing, so after every x amount of posts give them actual UNIQUE novelty gifts like mentioned above (t-shirts, mugs, etc.)... here's a few I came across just searching "funny designs" on google:

Yea they're not memes, but they're still funny and most importantly unique, which is why people would want to buy them. Same goes with things like mugs:

OP, you should try to get into Amazon's merch program. You will get organic sales from amazon's customer base along with sales from your Instagram followers. Plus, everyone trusts amazon.

what you consider late enough and you are really selling shoutouts regularly ?
If engagement is good it could be started at 100k otherwise it will make for a difficult sell whether as product or ad placements and the same for general shout outs.

A, 100 k so I must wait a while
