How should I promote It on my Insta? Any sites where can I add my designs and sell these things?

Agree. There's Printify app for Shopify - a print on demand service, pretty safe to start with. You don't have to invest into any stock or have any inventory at all. There are also few more similar services to choose from. But the result will depend on the quality of your audience, not only on the quantity

T-spring, sunfrog, teecheap, etc...

What if I am finding these memes on the internet, can I print them on shirts?

You can sell shout outs and promote products on your account if its large enough

Maybe tag or watermark all the images that you post to the account with your own meme-site.

Any software / system for this meme website? :D I was thinking about this. But still, what If I copy this memes from some personal blogs, not big websites, can I use it on t-shirts? :D

Where should I add my website to get some shoutout offers? Shoutcart does not accept me, I don`t know why.

I'm not sure, it would depend on what you want the site to do. There's probably a combo of Wordpress plugins you could use to accomplish this. I would worry about copyright issues after you sell stuff.

That's why i AM not selling, eh. I do not know what to do, how to monetize this.

How so? If you make a decent-looking site and your content is good, I don't see any plausible reason for a decline. I watch plenty of social media pages doing it all the time, and draw inspiration for my own marketing tactics by watching how they perform.

Also, moderation is key.

If you're not blasting clickbait all day, every day, I don't really see why people would unfollow, and that aside, there's always plenty of others to take their place. Do what you do normally, but sprinkle your website link in there, so followers that enjoy your current posting format can continue to do so, and those dumb/adventurous enough to check out your website will do so, making you a little more money.

Worth testing, IMO. If you look at any and all meme websites, they all started from somewhere, and there's a good chance they leveraged social media to get to where they are today. Test and twist, you're bound to find gold somewhere, somehow.

Food for thought, if nothing else.

But you mean putting website link in the description of my profile, or in the description of every post or as a watermark on images? Another thing is that I think people won't go to other site for memes that they can see on my account.

Next thing is if they will go IT will be like 100 people or less like with my t shirt test product.

I'd say either meme related shirts or freebie CPA offers. Freebie CPA offers would probably be more profitable for you as people don't usually go to Instagram Meme pages to buy stuff. Or maybe make a review site about cool and weird amazon products.
