Write or copy some content and dont index your site in the search engines

I am pretty sure that they will accept you even without the site. Just search for Bobby OGAds on skype, talk to him and he will help you get accepted.

Or just fill the form with random website...

I personally know like 10s of ppl that have been using ogads and have been accepted without problem using this method
