My family brick n mortal IT related business is not doing well at all. Due to the lack of traffic, the stuff has a plenty of free time on their hands. I don't want to exploit them, but they surf the web at least 2 hours a day, so I was thinking 1hour extra work for them. There are 2 shifts, and 2 stores, so thats 4hours of work / day. They are 100% computer literate, and their english is basic, but not bad.
If you have a good idea, please let me know.
