monetizing installer of free app , how to ?

hello all
im begginer in this so bear with me here .
i have downloading freeware that i like to monetizing via installer .
where can i get info about which app is the best to include in my installer ?
and if someone have experience with this kind of stuff and can share info about it
i will be most thankful

what im asking is not programming related
i just ask what and how to build monotizing strategy based on installers
you know , all the toolbars and apps that installers are offering when you install apps.
