Monetizing instagram in the Architecture and Design niche

So I have an Instagram in the above mentioned niche . It has around 25k followers with 1.5-2.5 k likes per posted picture .
The problem with it is I fail to monetize it as I am not even sure what types of things I can advertise on it nor is someone contacting me for any type of shoutours and proposals . Any idea from you guys will be greatly appreciated.

I'll keep up with this thread... Q: people talk about monetization of IG accounts, I saw on reddit just now that kloup is used and I'm about to Google search it now. I'm thinking something like AdSense. People just talk about it without mentioning what network is used. Also CPA - which website does all this things. I need clarifications. Q- how do you gather email list? Thanks in advance for any detailed explanations.

Nobody is going to give you an exact method but we can throw out some ideas and hopefully you can learn more about it and put it into action.

I'd personally build a site / blog around your niche, exterior or interior design?
And then you can build from there, with adsense, products, reviews..

I really get confused why so many people start pages without thinking of monetization.

Why are you starting an account with no idea how you are going to monetize? would you start a business you had no idea how to gain customers?

Didn't really start the account just to monetize. There are other reasons as well.

If you have a luxury house/ architecture page then you can find many clients to do shoutouts.

What's the purpose of the account then?

Best way is definitely starting a website. You can drive traffic with your IG accounts and on the side, you start doing some SEO. You will have your visitors from IG until SEO kicks in. In 1-2 years you will have a nice aged site, with lots of content and established reputation. That is thinking long term.

For monetization, building a website/blog is definitely the first step to take. Avoid free web hosting.

I am not a fan of google adsense. So i suggest you do product reviews and combine it with affiliate marketing.

You need to get more insight on the core demographic. Are they architects and designers themselves? Or just people who appreciate architecture and design.

If it's the former, sell B2B leads to them. If it's the latter, it's not as clear cut.

Sell shoutouts, this is the easiest way if your account have good engagement. Don't think about CPA unless you know what you do, this will kill your account and the followers number will drop.
