Monetizing ideas

Hi

Been working with YT for a year now and got some great results. But since alot of the content is owned by others, monetization have always been a gamble. Currently the channel got 80k subs, 10mill views and 1mill views each month. Ive made some nice money but now there is only a few videos monetized and im just making change....
Ive tried disputing some of the claims because they where from random sources that did not own the right, but got nowhere
So now ive been thinking of affiliate links in the video description but im not sure if thats safe.... Anyone got some methods i can use to get some value out of all those views?

Sure it's safe. If you channel is niche targeted you could create your own site around that niche, get a domain + hosting.
Promote clickbank product on your page and collect your visitors emails via opt-in forms to stay in touch for future products you'd like to promote.
