I'm reaching out for some guidance on how to monetize my website effectively. My website receives an impressive 1,000 visitors per day, totaling around 30,000 visitors per month. However, despite this substantial traffic, I'm struggling to convert it into sales. My website focuses on selling CBD oil for pets, but the conversion rate remains disappointingly low. The main reason being that the traffic is about how to euthanize your pet. I don't think anyone wants to buy CBD oil for this, but there has to be a way to make some sort of sales.

I'm looking for insights, strategies, and advice on how to turn this high traffic volume into revenue. Ideally, if I could earn just $1.00 from each visitor, it would significantly boost the success of my website.

First action I would take is put internal link to pages targeting the right purchase intent keywords using the traffic and ranking of the not selling keywords to pass on to possibly boosting those other keywords. Buyer intent is so important for profitability. You can a lot of traffic and still not make bank because of intent.

In a text where people land at and where you write about ways how to eautanize your pet make sure to let them know about the products that will help them in the process.
Link to these products at Amazon.
Profit.

You can use an affiliate banner in the sidebar, header & in content,
Usually the conversion rate would be 1-2%,

So, if you want to earn $30K from the website you have to earn $50-$100 from each conversion,
This is less likely to happen with any of the products in your niche,

Aim for the best suitable products to promote in the website,
Make sure they do have a good quality, suitable for the audience, do have a well pay out overall & diverse into multiple of them,

That's the best you can do for your current traffic,
If you want more, you simply need to gather more traffic

I think that what you are trying to sell does not match with the content that you are providing.

Maybe try with other types of offers that would meet better the reader's needs.
