Monetizing FB Page Like with 100k+ USA Likes

So this is my first thread and Im not doing this because for spam purposes or what. I just want your opinion since Im new to IM/Seo etc. And no, Im not requesting to be spoonfed.

So there is this one guy who is selling his page(s) for only $20-$25 price range and I want to know if it is worth to buy, and I dont have any knowledge to monetize it because I dont have any sites or blog. The only thing I knew is to use it for MyLikes but I have doubts if i will get my expenses back because some other says that MyLikes will mostly shave my earning.

So I really need your opinion/help about this. Thanks

If the page is active, then it should be a very good investment. How many likes does an average post get? You can get an idea about how active the page is by looking at this. If you want to be really sure though, ask for a screenshot of the Insights of the page, so you can see the actual stats.

Likes is not important when you buying site. Try to look for "Talking about" option

Im thinking about that too, but still can you recommend other ways to monetize it except for promoting MyLikes.
