monetizing expired domains?

How does one make money off of an expired domain

i think you can buy them and resell them again

exspired domains with good backlink power are very hard to find , but if you can find them you can sell them.

the problam is the backlinks of the exspired domain , the links need to be very clean .

no adult links
no russian links
no chinese links

the domain needs to be heigh in moz and majestic stats .

then there the old text and onpage links and socail related to the domain , has to be all clean .

then you can sell the domain or use them to rank .

they will only rank for the old related niche.

they can be used for pbn aswell.

let say a heigh da of 90 might sell for $400 and a domain of da 25 might sell for $30, of course your need other majestic and moz good stats to make sales.

the process to get a bad exspired domain to a clean domain take skill, and off topic sorry.

is there money in this , yes and no , if you got time energy and money to wait for google to delete bad stuff ,to make the domain worth money , and in the wanted niche people are afther , might make cash .

You can try domain parking but most of the companies accept only type-in traffic.
