My question relates to monetizing Youtube videos that are embedded on my site.

Let's say I embed a video of a hockey fight on my website. And my website video player shows an ad from an ad network before the video, or overlayed over the video, or whatever else, what the legal ramifications if any. Is it considered a breach of the Youtube agreement you automatically sign in to by embedding their videos on your site?

I see lots of other websites show site-side ads on embedded videos so seems okay but unsure?
