Monetizing Credit on Prepaid Cellphones (bulk)

Hello everyone

Luckily I can get my hands on bulk Sim Cards in Germany, almost limitless supply. I pay 1€ each and they have 10€ credit on them, so there's plenty of money to be made.
Currently I am trying to figure out how to monetize this initial Credit and, so far, I have discovered two ways of doing so:

1. Set up a web page, write some crappy eBook or anything quick and monetize it by paying for my own eBooks via mobile payment / carrier bill - SIM by SIM. Does anyone know which are good mobile payment / premium SMS providers to "pay"? (Preferrably "anonymous", at least as far as it's possible and as offshore as possible)

2. Set up a phone line which costs like ~3€ per minute and call myself until the credit is gone, then change SIM. Unfortunately in Germany it doesnt make that much sense because you only get like 30% share.

Anyone have some fresh ideas on this, would be greatly appreciated

Can't you just sell the Sims for $2-$5 each if they have $10 credit on them?
If they are only costing you $1, it is still a reasonable return if you make bulk sales.

Can you use all those 10 euros at once or you can only spend a 1-3 euros per month?

I am not sure, but i think that you can only use that 10? on SMS/Calls. So if you would want to send premium messages, you would have to actually buy credit. But i might be wrong, let me know
