Monetizing chat room and blog website

Hey, i'm in the early stages of trying to build a free chatroom + blog website.

With proper marketing a rough estimate of how many active users I can get in chat with marketing strategies is 100-400. For this estimate let's just use 200, plus I want to add a blog section to it for further discussions. What would be the best way to monetize it? And after using low estimates for a couple weekly blog posts let's just say 100 daily visits maybe. What type of income could you guys project I might make?

It depends where the users are coming from and how long are they staying on your site. For example are they coming from an iPhone, Android, or via the browser on your computer, it totally depends.
