Monetizing black hat Email list

Hello,
I am willing to collect some Emails in black hat ways for test purposes. I don't understand, how can it be worthy to use emails that were collected in black hat ways? Any ideas?

Like, what server should I use to sent emails? Bulk email server or mailchimp or getresponse? What offers should I give to my list?

Any advise would be appreciated...

Use a service like mailchimp that offers free email sending for small amounts. Use those to do tests to find something that works and then scale up.

But mailchimp bans my account again again. Any suggestion?

No reputable email provider is going to allow you to mail to list of emails that have not specifically subscribed to your list. (or not for long, at least)

You can try and find a provider who is very lenient with complaints, but of course the trade off will be deliverability rates. Anyone who is going to ignore spam complaints will most likely have a blacklisted pool of IP addresses.

Your best bet is to find a way to build your own list of legit subscribers.

For sending unsolicited emails try the service smtpxpress.

True. So you have to go with an unreputable one and experiment. Yes you'll wind up on Realtime Blacklists, (RBLs) but some emails should go through. You can then take the good email addresses and eventually put them into a reputable account. Of course you could use an email verifier program prior to sending, but I don't trust most of their results. Advanced Email Verifier seems decent. You can get much cheaper services than smtpxpress.

There are way easier places to make money
