Smartlinks are links that auto rotate based on various factors such as geo, device type, connection type to direct to the most suitable offer for that kind of traffic.
That's how it is advertised.

Is that smartlink only for adult or it can be used for movie streaming websites too? Any good ad network offering them? If aomeone explained how they work it would be appreciated

i wouldn't say that, i'm new to smartlinks and am currently testing good positions and verticals and i make 10-25 $ per day with the same site on the day only with smartlinks

i use popads.net for more than 6 years and never had problems!
made 100k+ with them over the years

Did you tried your traffic (Tier1) with smartlinks ?
With such amount of traffic you should make $50-200.

yes I have both. Smartlinks and popads

I promote the dating Smartlink from lospollos as a Textlink and a 300x250 banner ad = 10-25$ a day

plus

popads = 30$/day

~1500$/month
that's very good for 10,000 unique visitors a day, I was told
