I want to put those CPA offers, so i have registred in CPAgrid , but there is 0 offers from France traffic , how can i find some offers like that for french traffic ?

Well there's Adworkmedia, they have french offers that convert pretty well! Sign up with them
You also can go to odigger or offervault and look for french offers and see which networks have them.
Thanks but there are only mobile offers , im looking for something like the visitor put his email and thats it ?

Yes they have offers that are just email submit, pin submit, etc.
You can use their email submits
OR
You can sign up with Maxbounty or peerfly and check out their email submits ... there's alot of comapnies who have Biz opp email submits that pay 2-3$. These comapnies mostly have USA offers but they do have some intl biz opp offers too.. I think one of them on maxbounty is called Millionaire in pajamas
For now I tried CPAgrip and adworkmedia but they dont have email offers for French traffic, i will try with Maxbounty and peerfly then

Pin submits they put their number and may have to pay a small fee.. the Maxbounty offers i put up though are ones that are either short forms they fill out or name/email. all are short so users dont need to put much details
EPC is earnings per click... it's basically how much your earning for every click your getting to the offer. Incentive just means you can offer something to the user in exchange of them completing the cpa offer
im 2-3 years in this niche with 170k visitors per day.
If we are speaking only for France traffic you can divide your unique visitors per day with 1.35 and multiply with 8$ (thats a fair price for pops for tier1 traffic) with cap 2 per hour for each user.
So only for pops you can get per day
60/1.35*8=355$ daily

That is in theory my friend, but affiliare companies dont pay you that much, i only gain 50 or 60 per day , something like that
