Hello, we start thinking of monetizing our website (mainly the blog) as we have around 20,000 users per month.
What will your suggestions be? Begin with adsense? anything else? We value highly our website speed and do not want to lose our current speed score.

Thanks

Sponsorships, advertisement, local targeting
Creating top 10 lists and selling the spots

Adsense to be given low priority
Selling guest posts depending on DA and relevant metrics

Affiliate marketing, niche relevant products

hello, many thanks - why low priority in adsense?

It certainly slows down speed, trust me people are impatient af, so high bounce rate n low retention. You will loose quality audience for a few bucks

Build an email list + affiliate marketing

Drive them to your social media handle alongside
After gaining enough traction, you could revert more traffic from IG later on

For a travel website, you can look for events, conferences, tourism site attractions, create engagements.

you need closer to 100k users to get into niche ad networks that can cater to your site.. or 50,000 at least ...try ezoic they will accept your blog
