Monetizing a company .org EMD

Hi,
I found a company .org EMD they didn't pick up. 22k monthly searches.
Best way to go about monetizing this? Their products are on amazon so can use associates and/or adsense.

It is trademarked. Should I just forget about it?
If not I'd like to set up a site selling their products with my amazon affiliate link and try to squeeze in at the #2 spot. Definitely don't want to break any laws though.

i wouldn't risk with a trademark because anytime they decide they can take it from you. Just a loss of time.. well unless i know it will make me some really really quick cash and go..

You have 2 options:

1) Go behind their back and when you get the cease and desist letter stop all activity and maybe sell them the domain (they won't sue you right away because the costs of a trial are important)

2) Try to JV with them, maybe sign a partnership contract. I've done this in the past with several companies and it worked like a charm every time, if you address the issue and make the proposal in the right way, they'll accept because they have nothing to lose, more profits for them.
