Last week I tried twitter, learned wait and reply method and set up a system with my niche as a keyword trigger and automated it 24/7. Traffic is great and coming in constantly but I'm having a hard time monetizing it. So I have a few questions..

1. Twitter traffic really doesn't convert for clickbank and CPA offers?
2. I heard from another thread of ******, is it worthwhile to throw all the traffic to ******? Do they really pay?
3. What other income streams can be generated out of Twitter traffic?

Thanks for the response.

Twitter traffic is good for getting leads... you won't necessarily get sales from just Twitter, but it is possible considering how good and convincing your sales page is. I used to make a good amount of money from the wait and reply module from TweetAttacks ... I'd occasionally run a campaign and get a good amount of traffic/leads for all my sites -- but since the software went down I haven't really focused on Twitter marketing.

what are you using for wait and reply without getting accounts banned?

This mostly goes for all social media. You use it to get your sites ranked in the SERPS.

Don't expect to be rolling in cash with CPA on twitter/fb/pinterest

I only use 3 accounts to do the replies, around 20 replies per hour, 24/7. I set the system using dlvr.it and online tools. So far no ban. Gets around 2500 uniques per day.

@mistablackhat00, clickjacking is against google, have you received your check?

Here is what I do. It takes a little effort but worth it.
I use tweet adder, twitter feed and sponsored tweets.
I Build a news or quote account, and fill it with RSS feeds from blogs in whichever niche I'm targeting for automatic relevant content. Use a twitter follower service to get like 10,000+ followers for cheap to make yourself look credible, and use tweet adder or fiverr to follow 200+ people a day. Buy like 50 twitter accounts from fiverr, load them into tweetdeck, and start doing cpc offers on sponsored tweets. Use your fanbase+ twitter accounts to get loads of clicks on your cpc ads when they get tweeted. You would use the twitter accounts to Retweet your message over 50 times. You can get $0.50-0.80 per click. You can rank up over $20 per tweet if you do it right.

Hi mate, what online tools are you using?

I am a noob, Can someone explain what wait and reply is?

wait & reply is a method that involves using a piece of software to "listen" to tweets and automatically reply when a relevant one pops up, with a link to your website/offer/etc. (i.e. @someguy tweets "damn I wish I had an iPad" the wait and reply would go something like "hey @someguy, get your free iPad here! hxxp://youriste.com" - wouldn't recommend this tweet, but it's just an example).

The idea is to drive targeted traffic in [almost] real-time, thereby maximizing a chance for action (if targeted and worded properly).

Hope that makes sense!

ahhh I see. Thank you. Now I see why everyone wants to know what software is doing it

Just a couple of online tools, no software and vps. Use RSS feeds, I used to utilize yahoo pipes but now I think its becoming dead so I fabricated another set up that would make it possible to reply in real time.

From my experience, the best thing to do is to mix regular tweets (no link) and your reply. 1 reply for every 10 tweets, depends on the age and activity of your account.

Make sure you gain reputation first and maybe then post advertising messages, that helped me with the same issue you had.

I was working with lots of accounts, then started Tweeting on 1 account, but
more aggressively, replying to mentions (some ...) and it works way better than
trying to start a bunch of new accounts. Get a big one going on, the others ones
will come in no time using your big account and by other means ...

I opened a twitter account on Friday, manually added 450 followers then my account was suspended. People are offering thousands of followers in 24hrs on fiverr, people using software to add thousands etc and they don't seem to get suspended or banned. What did I do wrong and how do I get round it?

Anyone have any good tips on building up a twitter following without getting suspended?
