Monetize traffic from YouTube!

Didn't have anyone an international(us) site who pays for video views?
I couldn't find one, for my english website.

And whats now with YTube Ads from Google? Anyone tried this?

I also read on the blog from C4pt4in4d.com, that they have now static payout days - 2 times a month.

Isn't better if you have a channel to just create a brand and promote your product/service then you can just make more money than with other paid for clicks methods
