Monetize targeted lists

I found a way to build a targeted list of people/ With information like :
(for example)
income scale: 40.000 - 60.000
gender: men from 20 -30 or women 30 - 40 etc
geographic location- All from chicago
Relationship: Single
sport interests: soccer
smoking: non smoking
etc.. With a lot of more variables I can build lists with +- 300 people

If I build targeted lists like these and they contact me through chat.
what kind of offer would I bring them? Because the problem is that most of them have a pretty good education and are not total computer noobs,
So I think its not really worth it to spam a list of men with cam ppl offers for example. Ive been thinking about clickbank products or maybe something like that? But how would I approach this? I think its strong that they are really geo targeted so maybe I can do something with that?

I would really appreciate it if someone with experience or good ideas on this subject would give me some advice or hints in the right direction

Let's see. First, are they email lists or direct mail? Second, can you get as detailed as the customer wants? It is a good place for you to learn because they are one of the pioneers in the field of targeted mailing lists. Also, give them a call and pretend to be a customer. Get to know the rates of the field. If I was to order from you, I would say "I would like a quote on 1,000 names of married women with a family income of over $100,000 who live in Tennessee. I would like a quote for emails as well as for direct mail." For every request, the quote is different. They can get as targeted as I ask. I may add in that the women should be over 30. Or over 30 and under 50. Or over 30, under 50, and have kids. Do you know what I mean? How targeted can you get? There is a high demand for what you offer if you really can produce targeted lists. Make this a real business and you will do well. Doing it through chat doesn't look right. Answer to what I posted so far and we can go from there.

Hey redrubies thanks for your reply I really appreciate it. I don't have the lists yet I found a way to make them. But your right about it being through chat. Which is not really good..If I want to do it like a real business I need to build optin lists, and make some good domains and landing pages. I found another way to make some money and will first focus on that method so I can build some start up cash before looking further into this. However I wrote down your site and will definitely look into it in the future to see if it is profitable. Again thanks for your time!

Don, that's not my website. It's just a company that I used for years. Targeted lists are in demand. I'd buy from you if you could target according to my specifications.
