How to monetize a site if it has high-quality traffic?
 
Advertise on BHW
is it traffic from social media or SERP?
 
Add links to products/services that are known to sell really well. I think my answer is probably as vague as the question. ;-)

There are many different options, someone embeds banners and sells ads in them. Someone works with affiliate networks and places their offers. Someone puts this position on exchanges. Each option brings income to the site owner. You just need to know your audience and then the choice of how to monetize the site will be easier
 
It all depends on your niche and on your ability to attract your readers and make them start buying your personal paid products (services), or connect here affiliate marketing and start promoting affiliate marketing products.
